Called stating that they were with my disabled family member's insurance and asked to speak to disabled household member. When my husband handed me the phone, they hung up. Thinking it was a dropped call, I called the number back and nobody answered. Obvious scam.

This is not spam. Like one of the earlier commenters, my company uses the services of the caller for wellness coaching. The caller sets up appointments from employees to meet with a wellness coach by phone. It is legitimate.
Not a scam -- calling on behalf of "Healthy Elements," my corporation's employee wellness program.
Called and left no message, most likely IRS scam since I've several of these calls lately.
