I keep getting calls from this number saying Beaureau of Justice Statistics (that's all I can make out through their very heavy accents) and that my mother took an online loan for $350.00 from Payday loans and they are going to "send da cobs" to my door because somehow I am a co signer. When I asked them to provide me with a cancelled ck or proof of wire transfer they told me, "You are nobody" Not sure what that means. Asked them to never call me again. Very frustrated.

I was told I never paid back a loan I took online (untrue). As a result I was being sued and that my credit was going to go bad and that all the attorney's were suing me. He spoke in a VERY strong Indian accent and was obviously in a telemarketing environment (noise in the background). Then I started laughing and he hung up.
