I am getting multiple calls a day from this company and when i answer they ask for james baisden. I am not that person and i have asked them to not call my company cell phone again but they just call from another number. I tried calling them back but cannot get them to answer.

This company repeatedly calls my house about a bill for someone else. I have told them continuously that the number they are calling is my personal unlisted phone number and there is no one by the name they are calling for listed under my number.
They also use numerous numbers to call from. For example:

I have told them every single time to stop calling my number but they still call. How can I stop the harrassment from a company I've never done business with and never will if this is the way they are with someone that DOESN'T have an account with them!

This number calls about every hour night and day but doesn't leave a message on the answer machine.

They are calling regardless of the loan status. We have 2 cars that are financed through Drive but Santander has the accounts and they don't care where you are in the loan they just call non-stop and harass me at work, home and on my cell!

They won't stop calling me at work. Isn't that illegal? How do I get them to stop?
