They call at least six times a day. They start talking as soon as the connection begins, not waiting for a "hello". I've just been setting the phone down and let them waste their time, but I like the silent ring-tone idea.

I was getting about 6 calls a day on my cell phone. Since they only called from one number, I put that number in my phone book, named them "Zzz", and assigned them a personal ringtone called "Silent". They continue to call, but at least my phone never rings when they do, and I can get my Zzz's.

Calls every day, hangs up, no voicemails, when I call back it says "Thank you for calling Academic Advising, the voicemailbox is full." So sick of this harassment!
