Spam and nuisance collector.
Horrible, awful, unrelenting telemarketer whom doesn't stop attempts to call even after they've been told repeatedly to so.
was not home when this number called. Its from Philadelphia PA
Got a phone call from this number at work. They wouldn't leave a message. Called them back and Talked to a lady named Ashley Franklin. This is a Medical Bill collector. Their complaint department number is 1-800-355-0333 ext. #1357. If you want to make a complaint you have to enter the extension number, if not just the basic number and then someone will direct you to whoever is over your account.
