Received a call from this party today. We are on the "do not call list".
He hung up as soon as we picked up.

Calls & hangs up - try to call back, but get the "disconnect" rapid busy signal, so I don't even know who or what the caller is to tell them to stop calling. No id, just "unknown name" and the number.
