Feature Films for Families continues calling the consumer despite being on the Fed DNC. When the consumer spoke with company directly to make a DNC request company reps have stated “well we can put you on our only once a year calling list”. These calls are trying to selling movies and DVD’s. The consumer receives sales twice a day every day, once around 11:00am and once around 8:00pm. Each call comes from a different number.

they just keep calling even after being told to stop.
