you cant switch electric companies unless you relocate to a different utility companies territory. if one could lower a bill that you have to pay every month without switching any service or billing...... definitely take advantage! i did my own research, and i found out that the states "energy choice program" is wonderful! I saved like ten dollars the first month. Thank you Pennsylvania for this free program! :)
