Grandma telling me about a return item from some bank. Lady sounded like she was 90 years old!!!

We had the same experience as others -- two robo-calls about a "returned item from your bank", but no callback number. We called the number our called id showed. Century Claims' personnel were verbally abusive, and stated that my wife would be arrested the next business day over this unsubstantiated "debt".
