This number is in sblock of phone numbers deemed "Unsafe" and that has scamming activity. I have received many calls from this number block.
"Mercades" called wanting to talk about "my" car warranty account. I neither use nor have a car warranty account. There is no legitimate reason for me to ever get a call like this ever.
