They call me about 4 times a day. I have asked them to stop calling a few times. The last gentleman I spoke with... i will call him a gentleman only to keep it appropriate for all ages. I asked him politly to add me to his do not call list and that i previously had asked them not to. He said, do you not want me to help you out? I said I;m sorry I do not want your coupons. He said If you dont want me to help you out, I will just keep putting your number on this list so they repeat call you every day while he was yelling at me. I told him this was harrassment.

I took a picture of my phone showing how many times this number has called me. They call 4x per day for about a month.

This company was calling several times per day. They would stay on the line long enough to trigger the voice mail but never left a message. We are on the Do Not Call List. The company is located in Cleveland, OH. Here is their contact information: West Park Direct, 2728 Euclid Avenue, Suite 200, Cleveland, OH 44115. Their phone number is (216) 589-0200. I called them directly to register a complaint. You can reach a "Floor Supervisor" (whatever that is!) by dialing extension 113. The woman there was got pretty nasty with me after I told her I was reporting them to the State Attorney General because we are on the Do Not Call List, but she did take my number and said they'd put it on the Do Not Call List. We'll see.

Call them and complain! Good luck!

Do you know how do they get our number in the first place? I would really happy to know how my number got leak and to limit it in the future.

At first i received a phone call from someone asking me to start delivering the Plain Dealer Newspaper. I told them I already have newspaper service and didn't need theirs. Well I thought that was the end of that. But all of a sudden from out of nowhere, I started getting these calls from West Park Direct everyday about 3 to 5 times a day. Sometimes they will call as late as 9pm. Its very irritating and annoying, because when i answer the phone, it just hangs up.

I get these calls on my cell phone and home number for the past 3 months. i have told them repeatedly I am not interested and to please take us off their list. Does not work. My husband just told them the other day to quit calling. Today we got another call and repeated the same thing - please take us off your list.

Calls me several times a day at all hours. Finally someone on the line wanting to sell me a newspaper. I told him I was not interested and he became very belligerent. I have also asked to be put on the do not call list but the calls keep on coming. The calls will stop for several months but then they start up again. I am tired ot it!!!!

Looks like they're still active...call multiple times a day and hang up for weeks at a time, then stop for a while and then start all over again.

Any business that uses this service has no regard for their customers!

received over 400 calls; must push #1 to receive call but most ring and disconnect. Have indicated we are on "Do Not Call" list and have also requested to caller to be added to internal "do not call" list...have requested this 8 times but still receive calls.

I have received at least one call a day for over three weeks from this number. When my answering machine picks up, the caller loudly hangs up. I have no magazine or newspaper subscriptions that I am looking to renew. I would very much like to have my number removed from West Park Direct's call list. Is there anything that I can do to achieve this?

caller tried to sell me the burlington county times. I have asked to be taken off their list, but i have still been receiving calls.
