It appeared twice on 12/20/10 on my next month's phone bill, charging me for 23 minutes of long distance for calls I never made but it mysteriously appeared on my Pioneer Telephone bill.

Call appeared on my phone bill. We never called this number and do not make outgoing calls, so this is some kind of fraud. Says the call lasted 45 minutes starting 9:45 pm. A fraud.
