Being polite doesn't work... so I abuse them right back. I press "1" to speak to an attendant. Then let the games begin. Pretend I can't hear, leave the line open, blow a 120db referee's whistle into the mouth piece.
Yes, but I didn't answer, I saw the phone number on my caller ID & just deleted. Didn't answer because I don't know them!
