Calls and doesn’t leave message. I block it but then they call back on a slightly different number. Same town, oxon hill, md

Rang a few times, I didn't answer it. A VM was left and a recording came on, but no detail was given. Press * if you aren't interested. I have no idea what the call was about. I tried calling the number back, but a recording comes on stating that the number is not in service.
