Looks like a new number for the "Card Services" scammers. Have time to waste? Give them fake info and see how long you can keep them on the line. The longer you occupy their time, the more money they lose.

They really dislike it when you keep them on the phone for a long time giving them fake info, then use racial slurs on them. So whatever you do, don't do that.
