Called and wanted to verify certain personal information before she would tell me her name or company name. I told her don't call me then ask me to prove who I am. She got snippy and I hung up.

Collection agencies are not allowed to lie or mislead you, he stated on my message that he was a research company, he talks really fast so you can barely understand what he is saying. The laws do not allow collection companies to call after certain hours, lie, mislead, threaten or any other illegal activity. I would suggest everyone to email the (GAO) Government Accountability Office and report the abuse and illegal tactics of this individual.

he says he is nick black and will not stop calling he says some kind of agency but i can't make it out i wish he would stop calling. i feel like i am being harassed from these calls
