This number belongs to PNC bank in Michigan, USA as of this message posted on 1/22/15. They ask you to call back at 1-800-544-3623 Ext. 34655.
This particular time, they called my cell phone number I have had for over 10 years on multiple times spanning several years.
The name of the person they were looking for is Jessica Louwe (unsure of spelling) as was stated in the voice mail.
I personally called them back on a landline and had them remove my cell number from their contacts list.
If they call again, I will update this message.
