i got a call from a david miller who said he was an officer and to call sam wilson from the att generals office and i had a pay day loan past due...and scared me and told me i would be arrested. they couldnt even speak english and i paid a company to take care of the loan. they misrepresented themselves as police and att general office
received a call from this number claiming to be the attorney generals office in Kentucky, person stated that if I did not call this number back within 30 minutes I would be arrested for check fraud, for a loan I have never taken out. I asked for the details of the account that I supposedly got this loan transferred to and the date the loan was made however they would not embellish me with that information, Claim the loan was taken out 6 to 18 months ago from Cash Advance Usa,but could not provide me with any other information. I got rude with them they hung up.
