claimed to be some business that will give u some type of card to help u. they ask for your name and address and you have to spell it slow and correct. to me it sounds like a scam

Unidentified "cardholder services" offering a lower credit card rate. This call was NOT from my bank! NOT from my CC company!
answered - they hung up. When I called back, it was a prescription card service - telemarketer, I guess
