am getting daily calls on my cell # - when i try calling back - unable to connect ??

I get a call from this number every other day or so, when I say "Hello" I hear a beep, and then a computer voice say "Goodbye". When I try to call back normally it either says the number is disconnected or nothing happens, but today when I called back it said "All of our representitives are on the line, please stay on the line and your call will be answered by the next available representitive.". This is getting super annoying!!!! I get a call almost everyday, and there is never anyone to talk to, and I cant even find out why they are calling me.
