"Card Services". It's scammers using a spoofed number. That number is/was a legitimate phone number used to call people to 'lower their credit card rates'. If you give them your credit card number, they steal it and go shopping at your expense. They will also spoof your number and use it for the same reason (to steal other peoples' credit card numbers and go shopping with it.). REPORT IT TO POLICE AND THE FTC!!!!!!!!
