They all say 'this is a service call regarding you current credit card account. there's nothing wrong with your account, but you must call us to take advantage of lower interest rates...'

Scammers from a company called Smart Shopper claims they got the last 4 of my credit card from PayPal.

More like another PayPal hack where all the fraudsters got was the last 4 of YOUR credit card from PayPal along with name, address, phone number, etc.

Pay Attention. They only have the LAST 4 Of Your Card Number! They will try to get you to subscribe to something to get the rest of the card number!

BEWARE OF INTERNET FRAUD AND SCAMS!
