I got a Call from that 302-458-1590 phone number, which came up on the caller ID as Card Services. The Lady who said her name was Mrs. Groundtree, was calling for my daughter who was not here at the time. I did take a Message and she gave me a toll free number which does not match any of the previous listed numbers on here. When I Informed her that this was not my daughters phone number she did apologize. Anyway, my Daughter does not have a Bank Of America (BOA) credit card, she only has Visa. I Told my daughter to call her credit card company and when she did, they told her there was no problems with her account. I don't know what to make of all these people on here saying it is a legit number, but like was previously stated by others, it is best just to call your credit card company from the phone number that you know is legit. If those phone Calls are legit, they should just inform you to call your credit card company and not bother with a toll free number to call them back! Use your Head and be safe, don't trust anyone on the phone, or internet, unless you are 100% sure of who they are!

I called after the lady on the phone said that they were BOA Fraud Dept and they wanted my DL # and then asked for my father's birthday. I advised them that I did not have that info and they said to call BOA. I contacted BOA and they stated that they would not ever ask for DL # and they checked that there was no recent activity. If in doubt call BOA.

UPDATE: BOA FBI FCC FTC are reporting that scammers are spoofing (falsely showing number/name) this phone number & name (Card Services) in an attempt to get you to provide your information. The official stance by all of these are: BOA will NEVER call you and ask for your information. They already have it. You are not to provide ANY information, if asked for it, and to immediately end the call then report the incident to BOA (1-800-432-1000), FBI (http://www.fbi.gov/contact/fo/fo.htm), the FCC (1-888-863-2244) & The FTC (1-877-438-4338).

Be Warned: This is a phishing call. I have contacted BOA and confirmed that these calls are NOT from them or any party on their behalf. The fraud department of BOA has be tracking these call and so is the FCC & the FBI. I was instructed by BOA to report the calls and detail to both FCC & FBI...which I have. I suggest you guys do the same. We need to help catch these thieves. The clue that is present in all phishing call: they ask you to confirm/give information. If BOA (or any other institution) calls YOU they will NOT ask for your info...they should already have it and not need to confirm anything. This is what all 3 (BOA, FCC, FBI) places has told me.
