Scammers, They want to get a credit card or debit card number from you. They have called me about a dozen times now. They try to sell you a pitch about a fee for grant applications, or some other type of assistance or purchase that lost some billing info. Best I can figure is it's tied to a keylogger malware program I found hidden in my computer that my scan software missed. I believe I got it from a spam mail from some stuff I sold on the internet. I'm not sure, but it could be linked to an Angel Thomas who is posing as CEO of craigslist. I received an email from her about two days ago, and now I'm getting these calls again. The email was in response to an item I haven't had for sale for about 2 months. By the way, if you call back the number is disconnected.
Hope this helps, for anybody out there with the same problem.
SCAMMERS CALL BACK ITS DISCONNECTED. WANTED MONEY

F.Y.I. There's some nasty telecom software that allows scammers and telemarketers to call you but instead of displaying their telephone number, this software tricks your telephone company into showing you a bogus telephone number. That's why you can't call back - it's a fake, nonexistant, telephone number. I wish the FCC would outlaw this practice.
