Called to advise of issue with my Fidelity VISA card; however, I never received email notification from Fidelity advising of an issue. I did not provide personal information and told the caller I would check my online account first then call back to Fidelity. He said he would add notes to my account but very quickly hung up. My Fidelity account appeared fine. I am glad I did not proceed with the call.
