The call from this number didn't list a name or anything, just "Incoming call 302-861-8989". I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. I'm blocking them. I never get spam calls or telemarketers on my cell, so I was really surprised.

Message was in Spanish, but sounded like a sales call. At http://www.callercenter.com/302-861-8989.html, I discovered that this appears to be a scam to bill T-mobile cell phones with some kind of charge.

Hate this, waste my minutes, I use my cell for emergencys only for my grandchildren when in car. And they send text in spanish, IM NOT SPANISH, AND I DONT UNDERSTAND SPANISH WHEN THEY LEAVE A MESSAGE. AND WASTE MY MINUTES.
