Caller saying there is a law suit filed against me and I should pay $100 for 5 weeks to pay the debt or I would go to jail. He wanted to use Pinnacle Payment Services to take money from my checking account.

I just received a call with this person, was saying he is officer Mike Walter. He said he was collecting from a pay day loan that we had. I asked for information about what payday loan it was and he could not give the information that I was requesting. He said it was confidential and that they do not want to do anything with us, that is why they forward it to them. This person has an indian accent. He threaten to call my finaces work and get him fired. I told him that I reported this to the police and reported to the Federal about this fraud going around and that they have freezed all our accounts to further investigate. He then got so upset and started yelling at me. He told me that we were criminals and that we will go to jail and that we will pay alot of money for not cooperating with him. I was asking for documents but could not provide them. He then told me fuck you bitch and hung up. Later my fiances employer called and was asking for information about his supervisor, his employer then asked for documentation before giving any further information, he then said that it was not his job to provide information and that it was there job, he got upset at my employer and told her to do her job, and do it right. We made a mistake by providing my information and faxing the documents that he has requested. I have reported it to the bank as fraud, and they have canceled my account and will return my money, but will do further investigation. Also they have used numerous of different numbers, and they are: 303-484-4804 & 303-6478136. Be aware they are false people that wants money. They have all information about anyone that they call, and we are wondering how they are able to gather those information, and to top it off they are personal information. How could we stop this, we need to stop this.

I keep on getting the same thing and they keep calling my work. They are now calling my family members to get info out of them. They even called my in-laws. They dont stop and I even went to the cops about this. Make sure you let your bank know about it so they can keep an eye on your accounts. This is getting out of hand and some one needs to do something about it. I just hope the cops can do something but I dont think they can. I just keep on telling them that the cops are on the other line and can hear everything. Its getting old!!!!!!!
