PF WV stands for Professional Fundraisers WV They are relentless when they get your number. When we first moved to Roane County we thought we were giving to the local State Troopers but it was PF WV. It's been 12 years and they call like clockwork every 3 months for a couple of weeks per quarter EVERY day. They collect for Firefighters, Order of the Purple Heart, WV Troopers Asso. I'm sure there are other titles too. I have them blocked but they do occasionally change numbers.
