Just got a call from 304-973-9898 on my cell. It was a spanish lady but it was a recording and I couldnt make out
what she was saying. I tried to call the number back and the call can not be completed? Thats pretty strange dont you think?

in spanish . when i try to call back that number the answering machine said that the number is not a working number.

I heard "attention" in spanish..just hung up..i hope it doesn't generate a huge bill on my account..no one should ever answer a prefix they don't know...EVER EVER NEVER EVER..there are plenty of them out there that will have your provider charge your 1000's of dollars..and there is nothing you can do about it. I only answered bc I thought it was my niece's phone calling..NEVER AGAIN..can't answer calls just because..Be safe and Aware
