305-356-6740 calls and hangs up when you answer. Calling the number back, number not in service.

For the past several months, I've gotten calls from WPBT/Channel 2 in Miami. I've called the station any number of times asking to have my telephone number removed from their calling list, but apparently, this particular number didn't get the message. And when you call the number back, you get a busy signal. It's going to be a very cold day in August before I donate money to this station again!

I get calls from this number non-stop. Once a man identified himself as being from WPBT Channel 2 a public TV station in Miami. Thanked me for a contribution I had made last year, and solicited for another. I explained why I couldn't, he was sympaphetic, and I told him crystally clear "Do not call me again; remove my number from your list". Supposedly charitable organizations must remove you from their list for at least a year if you tell them to.
So, why do they keep calling?? And often do not even speak when I answer??? They call incessantly, at least 10 times/week.

I get this call every day and no one answers. Cant do a reverse look up either. who are these people ?
