This is Capital One, one of hundreds of phone numbers they use. They will call 20 or more times every day, usually starting ay 8am until 9pm, but sometimes a few minutes before 8am or as late as 10pm. F*ckers!!! Isn't there a law about collecting practices wherein they cannot call so early or so f*cking late!!!
