Just received a call from "Steve Martin" who had a very thick Indian accent stating I needed to call him back immediately for a time sensitive matter. He also mentioned something about my lawyer and wishing me luck on how the situation will unfold upon me if he didn't hear back from me. I googled the number to see if other people have been getting messages from this guy. I don't have any outstanding debts and I also don't have a lawyer so I won't be calling him back.

I got the same call on Monday, May 9th about I need to call or have my attorney call them back. And his name was Steve Martin

I am still waiting for them to serve me papers at my home....LOL! Everytime I call them back to tell them to stop, they inform me that I will be arrested for stealing, and that an officer will be at my home the following morning to serve me papers.

Same phone number but the guys name was William Turner. I get these calls every two weeks from different phone numbers. Same exact speech. Same guys with indian accents. I wish they would leave me alone.

caller with thick Indian/arabic accent claims to represent Allstate legal services. caller demands a call back from myself or my attorney regarding a time sensitive matter. states funds were deposited into checking account through internet cash advance company (cashnetusa). claims that charges have been filed for check fraud and theft by deception. also states an official will come to my home or employer to serve papers and arrest me. demands payment be made by western union, wire transfer or prepaid credit card. first name given was steve martin then mark harris. caller had my full name, address and last 4 digits of checking account and ssn. SCAM,SCAM,SCAM! Google allstate legal services and read more from other victims. 409 lemon street, north dade, florida given as their address

Caller had a think Indian/arabic accent, and demanded us to call him back because we "didnt care about anything that happened there" and that he was going to take legal action. I wouldnt answer or call this guy back, otherwise you may get an unpleasant phone bill...
