This number calls all day until late.I am not interested in receiving calls from them but they will not stop.Hiw to block or remove?

this number keeps on calling all day long and even though I told them to remove my number from the list. Once person said to be I will not remove you from our list because you do not listen! I want these people to stop the harassment calls
