At no point did the 1) caller identify themselves 2) leave a contact # 3) identify the organization they were associated with or calling on behalf of, ALL OF WHICH ARE CRTC VIOLATIONS. In addition, the method of 'telemarketing' used is another violation, unless you have agreed to receive that type from that business.
