Advertisier claiming to be working for Cabarrus County, North Carolina in preparing an advertising brochure to feature our company in. Never provides name of company doing the preparation and when I asked what County Offical / organization was in charge of this advertising she told me she gave me the name Kathy Winston of Mount Pleasant and then said she has no names for Concord, NC. When I asked for names, she gets made for asking too many questions, then blest me out. I hung up. She blested me out last year also. She called back immediately and I refused the call. I tried to call the number back and it just rings. Told her I was on the no call list and do not want solicitation calls. On Reverse Number lookup, it tells me this is a mobile number from Peoria, IL. I feel they are doing a disservice to the public. Last year the advertising fee was $3,000 and when I asked too many questions this year, I knew I made her angry.
