i doubt they have a branch in india. wants your information and tries to suck you in by telling you the last four of your SS. If this guy calls you (avidly and incessantly with LOTS of background noise, saying "maam i am a legal advisor! tell me your information!")
DONT. please. this guy is a total scammer. if you are still doubtful, just ask him for more details about your "case" before offering up ANY info. he will tell you "we are serving you papers tomorrow morning because you are under investigation for fraud! now give me your name!"...ask him why he needs your name if he already knows so much about this "case" you are being investigated for
