They keep calling after 3 years...I tell them to remove me as I'm not a homeowner and they will will never get money from me....but they continue to call

What can I do...its harrassment...

I got this reply from the BBB after complaining... call (800-392-4448) and be transferred to the front desk to have their number taken from the data base.
After the last call (which was AFTER) they told BBB that our number was no longer in their database. I called the number above, again told them to remove us, and also gave the name and extension of the telemarketer who had JUST called. Three weeks later, I haven't heard from them. Complaining to the BBB helped though.

Have REPEATEDLY asked to have number removed. They call several times a week, and I have been both nice and hostile. I have pointedly told them that we have no work for them. Now, when I see "Pacific" in caller ID, I do not answer.

Refuse to remove my number
from their call list. Filed complaint with federal do not call list website.

Pacific Home Remodeling. They showed at my employer's Health and Fitness fair to advertize. Biggest SCAMMERS I encountered. Requested a free estimate and the red flag went up when they insisted that my wife be there for the scheduled appointment. The sales person was as sleezy as they come. A friend got a Solar PV system quoted and they arrived with paperwork during the day, pressuring my friend's wife to sign the contract within an hour or the State rebate could be lost. She declined and started over with another contractor, saved thousands in the process. They keep calling about every 6 months. Just don't answer or hangup.
