Received a call regarding lowering my interest rate but they never identified what company they were with. When you call back its a busy signal. Scam!

Calls saying to lower CC interest rates but when you press one to connect to someone the guy kept telling me "fu*k you, Fu*k you" and kept saying that...You try to call back and its busy tone..

Robocall (illegal) claiming they'll lower my CC interest rates so I'm sure the next thing they would have asked me is for my CC number. No identification of who they are (so scammer). If you try to call them back it's a disconnect busy tone.
