These people need to go down. I have received calls from these heavily accented Indian "customer service" lawyers if that was supposed to scare me i don't know so i asked what firm they worked for and he refused to tell me and i told him i dont give info out to people on the phone especially when they don't tell me what they want and then i laughed he then proclaimed that its not funny and i can come to my then address and bloody my face and how would i like that so then i said try it buddy and the cops will be on you and then he hung up.i have since changed my number cause i dont believe in giving these crooks my time and definately not my money but i do believe something has to be done . He knew my then address and told me he would come to my work also well its disturbing even though
I know they are scammers its unsettling that they get away with it. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO EVEN IF ITS YES OR NO QUESTIONS!

They told me I had court all the way across the world I owe thousands of dollars . Lol the judge even call me. I feel like I'm being harrassed ! I would l8ike to file charges

Stated he was an attorney and I defaulted on a loan and was being investigated by the Attorney General's office of California and was guilty of fraud. Unless I paid $1290.00 the sheriff would arrest me within three hours. Told me my drivers license, passport and SSN were now suspended (whatever that means). I am not in default of anything.
