On 6/30/2011 at 1202 hours male caller with a heavy India/Pakastani accent called my land line and stated that he represented USA Cash Andvance. He stated a law suit was filed in California against me for $320.00. The suit will be fowarded to wherever I was at. I told the caller that my husband was in Law Enforcement and he would call them back. My husband called 310-807-0219 later that evening. A male with a heavy India/Pakastani accent answered. My husband told the person that he was in Law Emforcement and wanted to know what this was about. The person told my husband there was a mistake and they had the wrong person.

They keep telling me I'm being sued for a cash advance that I never had unless I pay 2500 dollars and I hung up on the lady and she called back 4 times back to back
