Google search shows same guy calling from same numbers using different company names but giving same dialog on message.

Clearly some kind of scam.

scam wanting you to pay them 99.00 for a background check so you can get a non exsistant job. this site seems to also want you to set up an account watch them too. dotn let the check box go checked.
