I know it is a agency. I've talked with them and they ask if I am who they think I am.

The person at this number keeps calling everyday, and if the keeps calling I will report this to the Police Department. Because he is getting on my nerves. This caller never talks, and when I tried to call back, it is disconnected.

Just got another call, same number, last 2 times about political survey in Washington DC I asked both times do not call me again. Well they just called again about an energy survey in Washington DC. I got his name, Preston, I told him I have asked repeatedly not to call me now this is harassment. Preston yelled on the phone F--h You, then hung up on me.

started to describe business when I told them "I do not want to talk to you or your business, please remove me from you calling list" The last call I said I was on National "No call list" and asked if this was a political call, they said no. I told them I was going to report them, the caller then apologized for other operators not removing me from call list. Funny that each call they said they were not telemarketing but when I threatened to report to FCC "No call List" they said they would remove me from their list.

Lol! The no call list is only for telemarketers. Abt is a research firm. They meant they would remove you from their own list.
