I don't believe this is Informed Electorate, but instead may be an electronic surveillance software used to plant malicious malware into cell phones for illegal wire-tapping and GPS Tracking. Though such an action would be a U.S. Title 18 "Illegal Intercept" Criminal Code, it has become very evident that no law enforcement agency or Justice cares since crime is now seemingly legal. Its Just-US now to deal with it.
Same here. Watch your credit card charges is what I'm being told.
Di you vote in the last election? STOP CALLING ME!!!!!
Very busy number, eh? "John from Informed Electorate" (he claimed to be) called, very very friendly. I answered the call because I expected a call from a relative. Ordinarily, I never answer calls I'm not expecting, and I block the number after they hang up. Unless they leave a voice message. 99% of the time, I delete it, then block them. The rest I check out. They are wasting their time, not mine, and not getting any money from me, ever.
So "John from Informed Electorate" at 312-667-9781 asked me to answer ONE question: did I vote in the last election. I said YES. He then asked ANOTHER question: what is my first name. Second question, and why? Suspicious, I declined to answer. He then asked if he could call back, and I informed him I'd check them out. So I did.
And I found a defunct political Web site, "Informed Electorate" ( http://votethewill.org/ ). If "John" is calling from there, he needs to revise the Clinton/Trump poll stuff. That election is over, thank God. But there's a different number on the Web site Contact page, isn't there, "John"? So either way, you're a fraudster, probably calling on an old Princess phone in mommy's basement. And your call #2 will never get past my Panasonic, with 150 blocked creeps like you so far, and 100 to go.
I have no idea why but I said that it was OK to call occasionally. My bad.
They called twice asking one question. Today he called (Nate) and asked for a $25 donation. Give me a break! If he calls again I will block this #.
