The prerecorded call introduces themselves as cardholder services. They offer to reduce my rates. I have no loans or credit cards. It is not from my bank. I have reported this at least 10 times and have received hundreds of calls over the last few years. Donotcall.gov had taken no action to get me off the list. I have responded to the prerecorded call to press 2 to be taken off the list. The calls continue. I have no record of all the calls but donotcall.gov does.

Live call from a male who said his name is Jonah Schwartz. He wanted to reduce the interest rate on my MC or Visa card. He said he was aware that I have $10,000 in debt on my card. I asked him how he got that information. He said that he works with banks and mortgage lenders and they have access to these kids on records. I have neither a mortgage not a credit card, so I thanked him and hung up. This outfit has called me many times, even though I have asked them not to. I have reported them to the DoNoCall Registry which obviously is not functioning.
