Got a call from this lady with a foreign accent. She said she was from Blue Cross Blue Shield. I asked where she was calling from, she said Canada. Then, she said "why does that matter?".
DEFINITELY A SCAM.
NEVER GIVE ANY TYPE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION TO SOMEONE WHO CALLS YOU.
They are fishing for information. If you gave them information... watch out! You should immediately check your credit report AND get Identity theft insurance ASAP.

Just got a call from this number claiming to be conduction a survey for Blue Cross Blue Shield. Has to be a scam. The person stumbled through the survey and I finally hung up.
I can only assume that there was some reason to keep me on the line, hopefully not to connect somehow to my number for purposes of dialing long distance calls. I am calling my phone carrier tomorrow to make sure this has not happened.

The lady called and asked me if i used Blue Cross Blue Shield for health insurance. I told her I did. She proceeded to begin questoinning for the next 12 minutes~! When I ask her how much longer her survey would take she said that depended on my answers. I told her i was trying to eat dinnerand for her to call back later. 15 minutes she called back! I did not answer!!

Called at 7:30 pm. I was on another call and didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer. No message. If it was Bluecross/Blueshield it seems odd they weren't calling from an 800 number.

Calls from this number keep coming late at night, 8:30pm when I'm already in bed asleep. I let the answering machine get the call and they never leave a message. If in fact this is related to a survey, this should not be done so late at night. I don't like to do surveys with anyone who wakes me up. Please quit calling me or at least call at a decent hour.

I have also received calls from this number at 8:25 pm on March 22nd and 23rd while I am getting my young son ready for bed. I answered thinking it might have to do with recent insurance usage and the woman said something about survey. I explained that she interrupted the bedtime story and that this is a bad time to call.
The following night they called at exactly the same time.
