Lower credit card bills

They've called me SEVEN times today. Spoke to an Indian fellow and when I asked what company he was calling from, he called me a piece of shit and told me to go f*** myself. Seriously. I'm still in shock.

Receive 2 or 3 calls per day calls from 312-948-7554 and 778-948-7554. They offer to lower my interest rate on my credit cards. The man tells me my card balances (although they're a month or two behind) and which cards I have. My combined balances don't even equal $2K, but they still want to "help me" lower my interest rates...guess they need the 3-digit number on the back of my card to fully access my cards. Anyway, I guess it is not unreasonable that they would have my credit card info, simply because personal information is sold every day and with banks and credit unions outsourcing overseas....personal information is no longer protected. Forget the DNC registry, the callers don't care about that...spoofed numbers, the telecommunications company inability or refusal to track these parasites and the governments lack of resources to bring them to justice in foreign countries is non-existent. All you can do is add the number to your block caller or auto reject list and just don't answer the phone.

This number has been calling me for months up to 3-4 times a day until I answer and press 1 to talk to someone. They just keep calling, it makes no difference how many times you ask them to stop and the DNC registry doesn't help.

Credit card scam and when you press #1 there is nobody there to answer.
I get calls from this scammer 2-3 times EVERY day!
How can I stop this....anyone know?
