Person said that I wss going to be arrested in regards to a payday loan!
Yes this is a scam. Got the same call yesterday over a payday loan I have never even had. I knew right off and started messing with the guy to the point that he was totally confused and thru off guard. He hung up on me. I called back and he starts his speak again like he was a robot or something. Don't be worried......its a scam.
