i have recieved several calls from these people also. Last month it was from a 646-360-1693 number and the attorney was Tracy Clark. She told me i have a loan in default from some Sonic Cash advance back in oct of 08' . looked back at my bank records and no such thing. told her to send me documentation regarding this issue, never recieved it. She called me back again this week from a different number 760-284-1424 and demanded the same info but when i tried to call the number back, they said it was unavailable and the mailbox was full......now dont you thnk that if it was a true attorneys office that they would have an answering machine, and someone would be available..............

I had a attorney call me of foreign dein cent and he said i had a case against me filed and it was going through at 11 am in the morning. He said i had to pay 650 dollars in 30 minutes bc i took out a payday loan from cash america and he said i had counts of check defraud and everyth else. I was told by him he was going to send me to jail tomorrow and that my two references were gonna get took to court as well and have to pay fines as well. Im so confused on this and it scares me to death.

I got a call at work and he said that I had a case pending in the state I lived in and he said that they was going to get the police to pick me up at work and take me to couthouse.and put me in jail
