a JOHN ANDERSON called from this number saying that i had recieved and payday loan and needed to pay it back before they took it to court and he gave me all my private information along with my banking info .. i knew he was a scammer because the same guy (of indian decent) called from 315-604-3299 a couple of months agoJOHN SMITH called with old banking info but with my boyfriends personal info saying similar story and wanted me to fax them permission to take money for payment on the debt they claimed i had with them. they say the company name is CASH ADVANCE but they would not give me any more of their company information until i faxed them permission .. no address or email or supervisor info .. this is a total scam and i would like for these people to be prosecuted to the fullest extent and want to know how they came about all my information so we can put an end to these crimes .. i hope you have not fallen for their tricks and sent the any money or given them permission to debit your accounts ............................................Sincerely Me

they keep calling for someone with the same last name as me. for a payday loan, they threaten arrest and suiting this person, but keep calling me after telling them over and over wrong damn number!
