call today told me to call right away

I got a call from 315-663-2862 yesterday. I could hardly understand them. Told me I would be arrested tomorrow morning for some $4500 loan. They knew my name, last 4 SSN digits, place of employment. When I tried to ask questions they hung up. Definite scam and if they call again I am going to tell them that I am going to the police.
